Ansley Crossing is located in the city of Simpsonville in the Five Forks area, South Carolina. Our community is a fun but peaceful haven of good neighbors within a short driving distance to lively downtown Greenville.

Spring is upon us

-Spring Time Cleaning-
It’s time to power wash: house & fences. Replace mulch or pine straw in bedding or base of your plants. And, don’t forget to trim your hedges. Paint your mailboxes. If you need paint, David and I have some for the old mailboxes. Mailboxes must be the same color. (Posting colors soon)

-Neighborhood Color Scheme-
We have put together a color scheme based on BEHR Exterior Wood Stains & Finishes, color guide. This guild can be picked up at Home Depot.

-Lawn Care-
Contact Simon regarding any issue with your lawn. 

-Project Time-
Before starting any project, please review Article IV Architectural Control of the CCR’s - page 10. Submit ARC form to HOA management company for approval.

-Stop Signs-
A lot of drivers are not stopping at
the stop signs.
   Please give the right-of-way to drivers on Ansley Crossing Ct.  Also, the speed      
   limit is 25mph.  Please drive safely

-Pond Scraping and cleaning-
2025 Review

-Street Cracks-
The County will apply tar as they complete street projects. They take extra tar from projects and go into neighborhoods and apply where they feel its needed.

-Pet Poop Clean Up-
Please clean up after your dog; it is the law. (And CC&R Article VII/Section 4).
Thank you all for keeping your pet(s) leashed.

-Parking-
Reminder: overnight parking on the streets is prohibited & no parking on the grass
